CONSTITUTION
The
series heating constant watt output cables CC-SOL are specially designed to be
included in floor .
They
allow a direct or mixed heat of the floor.
TECHITRACE-NOVATRACE
manufacture those series heating cables in compliance with the specific norm N.FC 32330.
We
manufacture those heating cables :
Pre equipped at designed length and
directly with cold leads
Heating cable directly on roll for
distributors who will make their own designs and elements.
Our manufacture program propose a large range
of ohmic resistances (since some ohms to milliohms).
HEATING ELEMENT
HEATING ELEMENT
The heating element is composed with a single resistive wire.
This wire is composed with different associated alloys to obtain the
good value. The alloys we use in manufacture have a very low temperature
coefficient allowing a stabilized resistance following the application.
PRIMARY INSULATION
The first insulation of the cable is
done with reticulated polyethylene with a minimum thickness of 0.8 mm to 1 mm.
METALLIC
COVERAGE
The first insulation is cover with a metallic braid (tinned copper or stainless
steel). Minimum coverage : 65%.
SECOND
INSULATION
Al of the heating cable is
again cover with a overjacket in
reticulated polyethylene (PR – 90°C)
or very high PVC (PVC HT –
105°C).
Minimum thickness
insulation 0.8 to 1 mm.
